  1. Shipping and Delivery

    For deliveries outside Hong Kong, we use Hongkong Post (which includes a tracking number that enables you to track your order online and the recipients are also required to sign upon order delivery) as our delivery company. Please note that we do NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes and hotels.

    Shopping
    We generally process and ship the orders within 72 hours after we receive them. Please be aware that there are certain exceptions to shipping times due to credit card processing, large order volumes or item availability. If there is a delay in your order we will explain to you via email.

    The above are estimated delivery times only and we are not responsible for any delay due to Customs and/or duty regulations and procedures. Delivery time may vary, particularly during Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, Easter and other holiday periods. Although kskids.com cannot guarantee the delivery time, we will do our best to process orders as soon as we receive them.


  2. Customs Regulations - Taxes or duties

    When ordering from kskids.com, you are considered as the importer and must comply with all the laws and regulations of the country in which you receive the goods. Your orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. Any additional charges for Customs clearance must be borne by you (the importer). kskids.com has no control over these charges and does not assume to bear the responsibility for the ordered goods meeting local Customs laws and/or duties and taxes. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and you should contact your local Customs authority for further information.

    If the package is refused due to your refusal to pay Customs tax and/or duties, and then subsequently returned to kskids.com, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and a re-stocking fee of 15% of the total product purchase price. The balance will then be refunded to your credit card.


  3. Returns

    Within 7 days of receipt date of the product, you may return any product (in its original condition, not damaged and opened) purchased, and the refund will be credited to your account. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from kskids.com.

    It takes 3-4 weeks to process the return and credit your account. Your credit would be reflected in your following billing cycle. You will receive an email that notifies you that we have received your returned item(s) and processed the credit to your account.

    Standard Return:
    We want you to be completely satisfied; we can take your return within 7 days of the receipt date of the product. Please note shipping charge cannot be refunded, we can only refund ONLY the actual price of the item returned. You will be credited to the exact way you paid, and to the same credit card.

    Incorrect Item Sent Return:
    We put every effort to make sure your order is exactly correct. In any event, if a wrong item is shipped to you, we will exchange it for you. The item must be sent back to us in return for the correct item. All shipping charges that are due to our mistaken items will be reimbursed by kskids.com for returns (credits are posted within 7 days of our receipt). Please contact us within 48 hours if there is any mistake in your order.

    Damaged Item Return:
    We will accept a return if any item was damaged during shipping. Any item(s) returned must be returned with the original invoice and original box (or packing material). Refunds will be at the discretion of kskids.com. We reserve the right to reject any refund if any item was damaged intentionally or if a different item was returned.

    Refused or Late Returned Orders:
    Any shipments or items that are refused or sent back after the 7 day return date, will be subject up to a 20% re-stocking fee for price of the items, shipping charge cannot be credited. Also, we will not credit for damaged or opened merchandise by the customer.

    Please make sure whichever return applies to you, please put a copy of the invoice in the box and a short note explaining what you need us to do. Please send all returns to our address, as follows.
